When you contact us, place an order over WhatsApp or by phone, or sign up for hamper updates, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order details. Orders are placed directly with our team over WhatsApp; this website does not process payments or store your order in any shopping cart.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell any personal data to third parties.

How we use it

• To prepare, pack, and dispatch your order
• To contact you about an order, a delivery delay, or a query you've raised
• To send festive or seasonal updates, only if you've asked to be kept informed
• To meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements

Sharing

We share order details with our delivery and courier partners only to the extent needed to get your box to you. We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Catalogue and order-related data is stored with our technology providers (including Supabase, our database provider) on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to what we're legally required to retain (such as tax invoices). Write to us at the email below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
