Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We dispatch pan-India from our atelier in Ahmedabad. Same-day and next-day delivery windows are available within Ahmedabad; for other cities, delivery is handled by our courier partners and typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location.

Make-to-dispatch time

Because everything is made fresh, we need at least 24 hours to prepare any order before it can be dispatched. During festive periods (Diwali, Rakhi, and similar), please place hamper orders at least 3–5 days in advance so we can plan production and dispatch on time.

Packaging

Sweets and chocolates are packed to handle transit — lined trays and sealed boxes for mithai, insulated packing for chocolate items in warmer months. If a shipment is going to a particularly hot region, do let us know and we'll advise on the safest items to order.

Delivery charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shared with you over WhatsApp at the time your order is confirmed, based on destination and order weight.

Tracking & delays

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details where our courier partner provides them. Occasionally, weather, regional restrictions, or courier-side delays can push delivery back by a day or two — we'll keep you posted if we're aware of a delay on your order.
