This website is operated by Good Saakar Atelier LLP ("Good Saakar", "we", "us"), a mithai and chocolate atelier based in Ahmedabad, India (FSSAI licence 10021043002718). By browsing this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Orders can be placed by phone or over WhatsApp using the links on this website. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and, where applicable, receive payment. We reserve the right to decline or limit any order — for example if an item has sold out for the day or if a delivery address falls outside the areas we currently serve.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are current as of the date you view this page. Prices for festive and seasonal items may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Handmade, small-batch products

Every item is handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in shape, weight, and appearance between boxes are normal and are not considered defects.

Intellectual property

The Good Saakar name, logo, recipes, and the content of this website belong to Good Saakar Atelier LLP and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care in how we make and pack every order, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or issues arising from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one currently in effect.
